WHAT WE DO

1- Quality

TASSILI has in place an Integrity Management System (IMS) which captures, identifies and governs all activities of the company. Within the IMS lies the ISO 9001 2015 Certified Quality Enterprise Management System (QEMS). All documents that comprise the IMS are controlled through the QEMS document control process through the life cycle of all documents. Having a robust set of documents is just as important as the need to oversee and evaluate their effectiveness and use throughout the company. Performance monitoring of set metrics, scheduled IMS assessments and customer satisfaction surveys provide the feedback necessary to monitor how effectively our operations are being managed. Remedial actions from numerous inputs are tracked through to close-out and a Management of Change (MOC) process is in place to ensure operational integrity at all times. The IMS involves team members from all levels to continually review and refine the system to ensure the successful functioning of the company.
TASSILI had gone through almost all the required phases to obtain the API SPEC Q1 certification for its Oil & Gas Machine shop, The company now is in the implementation phase and scheduled the certification Audit to be held on March 2022. This certification demonstrates that TASSILI has a quality management system that is compliant with API Spec Q1 – an industry-leading quality management standard. API Spec Q1 meets most of the ISO 9001 requirements, in addition to requirements that are geared specifically for the oil and natural gas industry.

2- HEALTH AND SAFETY

At TASSILI We firmly believe that incident free operations are possible to achieve in our industry and our goals reflect this belief. If we conduct our activities within the framework of an effective Health and Safety Management System, with competently trained teams and a visible commitment to ZIP and safety leadership, our goals will be met.

Safety is a core value at TASSILI and we hold team leaders and members accountable for providing a healthy, safe, secure and drug-free environment. Safety will take precedence if business priorities come into conflict. TASSILI firmly believes in the Zero Incidents Philosophy (ZIP). Everyone associated with our operations is explicitly empowered with “stop work authority” and have the power to suspend operations if they are uncomfortable or feel that too great a hazard exists. They will be supported by management for their efforts.
Effective operations are also safe operations. Both are good for our commercial success. Doing things the right way, even when nobody is watching, is part of our culture. Conducting open and honest investigations when things go wrong is a vital part of making sure we get better and better. Recognising when things go well and sharing our successes is an important part of achieving excellence across the whole company.

Our leaders make sure there is integrity throughout our operations and that we have the right people, the right equipment which is maintained correctly and the right materials in the right place at the right time to achieve it. We all have a part to play in achieving that plan and if we do then we can operate safely and without incidents. There should be no unpleasant surprises on a TASSILI operation.

We can achieve safe, effective and trouble-free operations by following the TASSILI Way, working to our core values and complying with our worldwide standards and management systems. If we all do this we can achieve our aim of every day being an accident and incident free day.
